Bengaluru to Delhi
"Mamma look this jet has bedroom inside." Isar's excitement found no end when he witnessed a real deal for the first time in his life. Sara and Indrajith sat opposite to each other in the front seats while Isar explored the jet once it settled in the sky.
"This is Nana's private jet. You were only 2 years old when we last travelled in this." To escape from HIM we had to leave everything behind that day also. Her inner thoughts were clearly heard by Indrajith of course.
"Isar you should go to sleep now, come I will take you inside." To give her some space he took pouting Isar inside. Ofcourse only after he got to explore the flying jet completely he went to sleep.
Seeing the burning sun up so close through window she compared it to her fate with a sad smile on her face. How peaceful was her life before that monster entered in it like a storm. She was so happy and content in serving the poor kids and her Govind. She dedicated her life in social services and gave up her soul to Lord Govind.
She lost her parents in an accident and was thrown in an orphanage at the age of 7 by her uncle who took all the property of her family. She didn't even know her full name. She only knows that her mother tongue is Telugu, her place is Hyderabad and her first name is Sara.
In all of these struggles she didn't lose hope in God. She took everything her poor life affords her with a smile. She was an inspiration to other orphans in Home Orphanage in Hyderabad.
Considering her naivety that is not ready for the cruel people lurking outside Ms.Latha the in charger of the Home orphanage allowed her to live there until she completed her degree. Knowing her plans for the future she helped Sara to shift to Gokul in Delhi. She completed her MA in flying colors in Delhi with scholarship and started her career as a history teacher in the school sponsored by Gokul.
Sara never had any fantasy for prince charming or marriage. Witnessing her friends, getting married and then cheated or abused by their husbands just because they have no one to help them made her scarred of marriage or relationships.
At the tender age of 16 she had been harassed by the cruel animal who called himself an ethics Teacher in her school. Luckily she escaped before he laid his hands on her and cried till the sun rise. She was too scared to share that with anyone so she buried that matter within her.
Two weeks later when she witnessed the same thing happening to her friend she got that she was wrong in doing that. So she complained to Ms.Latha along with other girls who faced the same and that lead him to rot in jail.
The hatred she felt for such brutes was not something she can explain in words. So she loathed the thought of sharing her life with such brutes. She decided she can do better than that. She wanted to do something useful with her life which helps the needful people like herself. Giving her 60% of salary to orphanage, serving in old age homes in weekends, serving food to people and animals in streets, immersing herself in Lord krishna's bajans and poojas. That was her life, which was all she ever wished for.
She was the happiest soul in those 2 years of her life. Morning pooja of her Govind, 10AM to 4PM with innocent kids, immersed in bajans again at the evening. Life was so beautiful for her. Untill....
4 YEARS BACK
New Delhi : Gokul Public School
National festivals are so tiring for faculty. Especially Children's day is on another level. Helping in decorations, welcoming guests, preparing kids, making sure they won't mess up their performance, food, speech and finally prices!.
What an eventful day for teachers especially for ladies. But all that paid off when the program became successful.
It is no different for Sara instead the male admires added to her list. Of course they all know her choice in life. But that didn't stop them from staring and little compliments to her beautiful look. And she knows how to ignore them now.
Laughing along with her other collogues Sara made her way out of auditorium. She was overjoyed that event went well. Now she can go and rest early until evening bajan. But it will be too fair if life goes as per plans.
When she was about to pack her bag, HM's PA informed her she has been called by Mrs.Shakunthala to her office. The senior Math teacher whom she respected and looked up to always was her favorite. She made her way out immediately without thinking about her tiredness or the plan of retiring home early.
Knocking the door and hearing hurry and annoyed come in made her worriedly enter inside only to find the office room turned into a war field. All register books scattered on bench, marks registers scattered on floor.
A big spectacles on her wrinkled nose and eyes concentrated on the register in left hand and scribbling on a white paper from right hand hurriedly she looked like she is preparing a war strategy which is about to start in an hour. The two grey eyebrows pinched together showed her utter annoyance in the work but that eased the moment her eyes laid on her savior.
"Ho Sara, my dear. I knew I can count on you always during the tough times like this. You know, that stupid old HM told me they are having a meeting with our trustees in the evening and he wanted me to make the list of all the students who got scholarships, amount spent on food and functions from the last ten years. He thinks this will be the best idea to thank the trustees and impress them more. He got that idea just 4 hours before the meeting starts. And he got me in the right time. Now only you can help me dear. You know right I have a sick husband to look after. I need to hurry home soon. Please help me this time my dear. My kids won't help me in anything and....."
"Okay I will finish this work and give it to HM. You please go home" Being soft heartened, Sara never denied helping others. After thanking her, the old teacher made her way out hurriedly thanking her starts.
After 3 hours of nonstop working Sara got up to stretch her numbed limbs and went to HM's office room to submit the report.
